User Content
Our applications may allow you to create, store, and manage personal content such as journal entries, mood logs, and other data. You retain full ownership of any content you create. Since your content is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our applications — including but not limited to design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Saiya Labs LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our brand name, logos, or other proprietary materials beyond normal use of the application.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some of our applications may offer premium features through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through your app store account.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective policies.
- Price Changes: We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and changes will apply at the start of your next billing period.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saiya Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our applications, regardless of the theory of liability.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saiya Labs LLC, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our applications or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
